Serbian payment slip with a QR code
Fill in the form and download a printable PDF with an NBS IPS QR code. Free, no registration.
Create and print a Serbian payment slip
uplatnica-online is a free tool for preparing Serbian dinar payment slips. Enter the payer, recipient, payment purpose, account number, amount and any reference supplied by the recipient. Download an A4 PDF containing one completed payment slip and an NBS IPS QR code.
The QR code carries the payment details. A payment counter with compatible software can scan it to fill in the details without retyping them. A supported mobile banking app can also read the code. Always check the account, amount and reference before confirming payment.
No registration is required, and completed forms are not stored. Payment details are processed in your browser.
Frequently asked questions
What is an uplatnica?
An uplatnica is a Serbian payment slip used for cash payments into an account. This tool prepares the printable slip.
What does the QR code do?
When you fill in an uplatnica by hand, the exchange office clerk has to retype all the payment details manually. This regularly leads to unpleasant situations: you made a mistake filling it in, or the clerk made a mistake retyping the details. The generated QR code lets the clerk transfer the details from the slip without retyping them. This reduces the human factor. :)
Will every exchange office scan it?
Most exchange offices now scan National Bank of Serbia (NBS) QR codes without any trouble. The QR code we generate fully complies with the NBS IPS QR standard.
How do I use it with mobile banking?
Open the bank app’s IPS scanning feature, scan the code and review the details. Confirm payment in the bank app.
Where do I find the payment code, model and reference?
Use the recipient’s invoice, decision or payment instructions. Do not guess them. Ask the recipient or payment provider if anything is unclear.
Why are Latin letters required and why is the number of characters limited?
These are NBS IPS QR requirements. Without these limits, the QR code cannot be generated.
How should I print the PDF?
Use A4 paper at 100% scale. Keep the code sharp on a white background. The PDF contains one slip; print it again if the payment provider asks for another copy.
Is it free?
Yes. Creating the slip and downloading the PDF are free. Your bank or payment counter may charge its own payment-processing fee.
Do you store my payment details?
No payment details or form history are stored by the service. Entries remain in the open page’s memory until it is reloaded. Downloaded PDFs remain on your device. Optional analytics does not receive payment-field values.
